Mike Enzwiler brings more than 20 years of real estate, property investment and property management experience to the North and South Carolina markets. Deeply rooted in the real estate market and its cyclical elements, Mike has a multifaceted understanding of the various factors driving buyers and sellers in the region.

As an owner of commercial investment property, Mike has firsthand knowledge of managing commercial properties and working with tenants. A graduate of the University of Denver, Mike and his wife enjoys spending time with their three children. When there is some free time, you can find Mike on a golf course or mountain bike trail.
